Lin's Baked Salmon This recipe was given to us by Lin in Savannah, Georgia. Lin writes, "I have created a foolproof way to bake salmon with your Chipotle Cheddar Dressing that all of my friends have gone crazy over. Everyone loves salmon, but no one knows how to cook it without drying it out! Here's my solution." 1 salmon steak fillet, quartered 2 tbsp. capers Lemon juice to taste Dill to taste Paprika to taste Non-stick spray BRIANNAS Chipotle Cheddar Dressing Place salmon fillet pieces on foil that has been coated with non-stick spray. Sprinkle with paprika and dill. On each piece of salmon put about ½ tablespoon capers, lemon juice to taste and 2–3 tablespoons of BRIANNAS Chipotle Cheddar Dressing. Fold foil to envelope all and seal by curling the ends together. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Open the foil envelope and allow the top to broil for 3–4 minutes more. Enjoy your deliciously moist salmon! |
