Fruit Salad

17-oz. can fruit cocktail, drained

1 1/2 cups miniature colored marshmallows

1/4 cup drained maraschino cherries, halved

2 medium bananas, sliced

1 medium apple, chopped

BRIANNAS Poppy Seed Dressing or BRIANNAS Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

Lettuce leaves

1 jar pepperoncini peppers, drained

Combine all ingredients except dressing and lettuce in a serving bowl. Gently add dressing to taste. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.

To serve, spoon salad onto lettuce-lined plates. If desired, garnish with additional maraschino cherries.
