Grilled Chicken Salad

8 cups salad greens

1 cup grape tomatoes

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

3 cups skinless grilled chicken, sliced

1 purple onion, thinly sliced

1 large yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

BRIANNAS Real French Vinaigrette

Fresh asparagus, steamed or grilled


Tear salad greens into bite-size pieces. Combine with tomatoes, cheese, chicken, purple onion, yellow bell pepper and mushrooms. Shake BRIANNAS Real French Vinaigrette well and add to salad. Toss salad and garnish with asparagus. ENJOY!
